Aiming towards the imaginable, this doctoral research-creation explores a material and narrative sympraxis with ships, to construct an interpretation of reality where human protagonism is dismantled.

Evoking a strangeness that emerges at the edges of realism, costumed characters recount maritime curiosities. Oscillating between fictional expertise and documentary ignorance, these stories highlight the fabulous gaps that crisscross maritime knowledge.

Bread (the food) and paper-mâché (the building material) are the protagonists of an investigation based on experimental conversations, infiltrated by science fiction and punctuated by kneading objects that are sometimes edible, sometimes not at all.
